Yet another movie about how humans not taking care of our world and aliens coming to rescue the Earth from US!!!



I have watched the old version but I must say the new version was also good... Keanu Reeves has again shown that he can act without showing any emotions in his face; which makes people feel that he is not interested at all in acting.... how bad. Jennifer Connelly is like just another actor, it didnt really look like acting, it looked more like wasting time. I can't believe that she won an Oscar for one of her previous movie. Kathy Bates is a perfect example of what USA stands for, a Snob. Jaden Smith is good and will definitely become very famous child actor.

Personally I liked the movie, eventhough the revenues were not good and most of us say that the old movie was better than this one. I never saw the old movie before and I think that yes the old movie was better but even this one was good, with really good visual effects as well as good dialogues. The idea that aliens exist and they take care of our earth is amazing. They come and live among us to find if we are able to take care of our Earth, which we clearly don't. Again the idea of aliens acting as God sound really exciting. Makes you think does God exist or is He like a very powerful alien... wow that will be cool.

Why are such movies becoming very common now a days, well this one is a remake of an old movie still think of the timing. Global warming is at its extreme, even a 8 year old boy or girl knows about Global Warming and they consider it to be very bad... even though they don't know much about it. I remember asking my 8 year old niece what is Global Warming and she said its bad because it makes her stay inside the house most of the time even though its her holidays (cause it was hot outside).

We tend to respect people who help us and will make sure that we will do anything for them but what about our Earth. She gave us so many things but instead of taking care of it we are destroying it. There are so many things that can be done to save her before its too late.

I recently saw the movie Knowing starring Nicolas Cage and Rose Byrne... not a bad movie at all. I won’t say it’s a very good movie but I just loved the idea what they were trying to portray. We are just cycle in this world and our main aim is to be born and die. If everything goes out of hand God just removes everyone and creates a new world... Well it sounds far-fetched how can God do such a thing? But then it’s God.



Well the movie doesn’t talk about God at all... instead they show Strangers aka whisper people who are powerful to take care of Earth since we Humans (as usual) messed up our environment and are not going to change. The last scene of the movie shows the tree of life and those two kids running towards it; thus giving us a slight hint that maybe God which we know is like them. Maybe He is an alien. When I googled this line I found around 13 million pages making me think that there are so many people who believe in this concept and have even shown a lot of proof to support this theory.

There were will be people who won’t like this concept and will consider it a blasphemy but none of us know what the truth is. For some of us it’s a quest which we like to think and talk about for others it’s something they can’t explain and don’t really care. But no matter who we are and from which religion we exist if we come to know about the existence of God (Allah, Ishvara, Waheguru, Yahweh) most of our religious problems which we created will be solved or at least I hope so.
